We ship our all our orders via Canada Post. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details so that you can track your parcel with the respective courier company.
We also ship worldwide. Depending on where you live, we use a combination of DHL, Fedex and Canada Post.
Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary based on time of delivery.
Digital products are emailed to your nominated email address within 2 business days.
We ship orders each business day. For those products that are in stock and do not have a listed processing time you can expect your order to be dispatched within 2 business days*. Once your order is shipped we take no responsibility for delays that may occur as a result of our Couriers.
Canada Wide Standard : We offer flat rate postage for all orders being posted inside Canada and USA. For all other orders shipping is calculated based on your order weight and measurements. You may select additional upgrades to express your package at checkout.

We know that you are going to love your new Snuggly Jacks products (because we know how awesome they are!) We also understand that sometimes you may change your mind, which is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because it wasn’t quite what you were expecting, or you simply changed your mind, lease contact us via email or message firstname.lastname@example.org 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Please include your order number and original proof of purchase when emailing to request your return or exchange.
Snuggly Jacks do not refund the original shipping cost of the order, or the cost to the buyer to return the order to us.
If exchanging a product, we will issue you with a store credit to the value of the order/product/s, minus shipping costs, so you can place a new order online.
Your purchased product must be returned to us in its original as new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. Postage must be covered by you for all returns and exchanges. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return or exchange.
Please note: items in a "sale" or "sale event' or "Pre order items' as well as digital downloads are 'as is' and 'final sale'. No returns or exchanges
Returns must be shipped back to Snuggly Jacks at the buyer's own cost - unless there is a fault with the product.
Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment, so if you paid with a gift card, we will send you a gift card with the same amount credited to spend at a later date.
